Daily Schedule

House Meetings are member led and attended by all members, staff and any visitors. This meeting is used as a time to review the previous day, discuss upcoming events, and review various items such as House Rules.

Unit Meetings are led by the Unit Coordinator. During the meetings, members choose what duties they will complete during the morning and afternoon. Duties and responsibilities are listed on the Unit board and each member’s name will be posted beside each task that they have volunteered to complete for the day. Duties vary and are often different in the morning compared to the afternoon. Duties also vary day to day and include data entry, answering phones, office tasks, minor cleaning, preparing lunches, and helping with community projects such as Food Bank, Rescue Mission, or going to the SPCA.

Lunch is prepared by members Tuesday through Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays members may bring their own lunch or purchase a frozen meal to be cooked in the microwave.  Snacks are available for purchase in the Snack Bar during designated times. In order to offset the cost of meals, we ask that members pay a $2.00 fee for each meal. REMINDER: On days that the Clubhouse does not prepare lunch, the members are responsible for bringing or getting their own lunch if they do not want to purchase a frozen meal.
